One of the most popular questions I get is about eating breakfast. Some people prefer to skip it, or don’t feel hungry in the morning, others love eating breakfast and say it’s their favorite food of the day. So is the claim that “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day” true or not?

Actually... it’s both!

See, breakfast literally means ‘Break Fast’. It’s the first food activating the digestive system after the overnight hours when nothing was eaten for a while. So it actually doesn’t matter when you eat, you can even break your fast at noon, or 2 or pm. It’s really what you eat that is important!

Because the first thing you eat will affect the response of two major things: Hunger hormones and gut bacteria. So the right or wrong food will set the stage for cravings, energy levels, and even your mood for the rest of the day.

So the first thing a person eats every day, no matter what time of day that at, is incredibly important to get right. Most people really have no idea what a big difference their gut health and the right food can have on the quality of daily life! If you want better energy, focus, weight, skin and digestion- it all starts with healthy gut bacteria!

In the following presentation I’m going into full details of exactly which foods to eat and avoid for a healthy gut and better digestion, and my top supplement recommendations, and the best of the answers I give my clients to powerfully help them restore balance to their gut and truly improve their daily quality of life.

This is a 'must-watch' for anyone who has had enough of symptoms like bloating, gas, brain fog, cravings, weight gain, fatigue and irregular bowel movements—and wants to reclaim their digestion, energy, metal clarity and overall health.

The response so far has been amazing, with viewers saying their weight and digestion improved in a matter of weeks or even days. (Individual results may vary.)
One viewer commented: "I have such a sensitive stomach, and this is so helpful. Digestion of carbs, fats, and proteins suddenly became much easier after trying this. Thank you for sharing!"
Another viewer added: "Very interesting video, it should be watched by anyone who loves sweets like I do! It explains so many things that finally make perfect sense. I can finally get back on the health bandwagon after watching this."
